· The location, dimension and specification of the M&E items will be specified in the drawings

Design and Access Statement -If conservation area or more complicated architectural design which council may reject, you may require this service.

Building Control and Plan Check -Building Control is very important, If you have any work that are structure involve (include Chimney Removal), you will require this services.
