PART A - INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY

• CONCEPTUAL DESIGN (PHASE 1 & 2)

• DESIGN CONSULTANCY (PHASE 1, 2 & 3)

PART B - RENOVATION FIT-OUT

• Provides renovation solutions with hassle free according to the project.

• To monitor and assist client to the right approach with design goals and achieve high-quality finishing works.

 

 

PHASE 1: Schematic Design

• Discuss and taking client’s instruction.

• Preparing introductory conceptual layout proposals in the form of plan view with the dimensions, proposed replacement of furniture and other major items of fittings and equipment.

• Create the layout of the proposals into scheme designs and general principles of conceptual images.

 

PHASE 2: Design Development

Design Development Phase – Part I

• Once approval of the schematic design, preparing design development drawings and outline specification.

• Provides visualization of the interior of design areas (spatial 3D views).

• Presenting the general principles of aesthetic solutions, materials, colours and lighting.

 

PHASE 3: Contract Documentation

• Preparing specification list for material finishes, furniture and fittings for confirmation.

• Finalizing the detail drawings and send to the client.

• We can supply and install all the joinery and also recommended preferable contractor.
